WHY DO PRODUCTS TAKE 15 TO 20 DAYS TO ARRIVE?
We offer products at prices well below the market, and to do so, we work with international suppliers (USA, Europe, and Asia).
When you place an order in our store, we forward the request to our suppliers, and they ship it directly to your address.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING CODE?
We will send your tracking code directly to your email within 3 business days. This timeframe is required by our suppliers (the manufacturers of the products).
If you haven't received your tracking code after this period, please email us at oliviastation@contact.com, including your order number (e.g., #4321), and we will provide an update within 24 hours.
MY TRACKING CODE IS NOT SHOWING ANY INFORMATION.
Yes, between the country of origin and the destination country, there are no updates because the package is not actively moving. The tracking will update as soon as it arrives in Brazil. After that, you will receive notifications for each movement, just like with domestic shipments.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL FEES FOR THE PRODUCT?
No, you only pay the full product price as listed. Our products are not subject to customs duties or postal fees 2.60 USD. However, if any unexpected tax or fee is applied, we take full responsibility and will cover the cost.
